Organise all aspects of your teaching activities using this platform - from reviewing your workplans, submitting your timesheets and building your teaching expertise.

See all your accepted workplans and every single timesheet you have submitted or been paid for.
Online timesheets and fast payments
SBT offers you weekly payroll service, using an online timesheet. All your payslips will be available on your SBT profile.
Online Contracts and Workplans
You will receive your workplans via SBT, giving you an online record of all the workplans you have been offered or accepted.
Be an Hourly Paid Lecturer (HPL)
Register as an hourly paid lecturer for London South Bank University
Registration will allow you to create a profile, upload your CV and receive employment offers to teach at LSBU.
Registration Steps
01 Create your profile
Click on the Register button below and follow the guided process to fill out the forms and create your LSBU Talent profile.
02 Complete your Right to Work
One registered you will receive a welcome email containing a link to complete a right to work check.
03 Accept your work assignments
When LSBU offer you work assignments you can view and accept them in LSBU Talent.
Be a Visiting Tutor (VT)
Register as a Visiting Tutor for South Bank Colleges
Registration will allow you to create a profile, upload your CV and receive employment offers to teach at SBC.
Registration Steps

Click on the Register button below and follow the guided process to fill out the forms and create your LSBU Talent profile.
02 Complete your Right to Work
One registered you will receive a welcome email containing a link to complete a right to work check.
03 Accept your work assignments
When South Bank Colleges offer you work assignments you can view and accept them in LSBU Talent.
Being a Hiring Manager
To register as a hiring manager with LSBU Talent, you will need to be invited - either by a colleague who is already a hiring manager with LSBU Talent, or by contacting the help team at help@lsbu.ac.uk.
From your hiring manager profile, you can create and manage your assignments online, as well as track and manage your talent all in one place.
